Business Customer Terms
These terms summarize the framework for business customers requesting custom manufacturing services through PartGo.
Quotes and Orders
A quote is an invitation to place an order, not a guarantee of capacity. An order becomes binding only after acceptance under the checkout or written confirmation presented for that project.
Customer Requirements
The customer is responsible for accurate files, drawings, specifications, quantities, shipping information, and authority to manufacture the submitted design.
Changes and Cancellation
Requested changes may affect price and schedule. Custom work may become noncancelable after material purchasing, programming, setup, or production begins.
Acceptance and Claims
Inspect delivered parts promptly and report a claimed nonconformance with the order reference, drawing requirement, photographs, and measurements.
