Made-to-Order Products

Custom parts are manufactured from customer-supplied files and specifications. Cancellation and return rights may be limited once custom production begins, subject to applicable law.

Pricing

Review the checkout summary for product price, taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges before submitting an order.

Delivery

Any schedule is an estimate unless the accepted order expressly states otherwise. Shipping events and customer-requested changes may affect delivery.

Problems with an Order

Contact support promptly with the order reference and evidence of the claimed issue. Available remedies depend on the order terms and applicable law.
