Delivery Estimates

Lead times and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in the accepted order. File changes, material availability, review holds, and carrier events may affect timing.

Cancellation

Contact support immediately. Charges may apply for material, engineering, programming, setup, production, or other work already performed.

Custom Products

Because parts are made to customer specifications, ordinary preference-based returns may not be available, subject to applicable law and the accepted order terms.

Nonconformance Claims

Provide the order reference, applicable drawing requirement, photographs, and measurements. Do not alter or discard affected parts while a claim is under review.
